=== (1) Thursday Mass ===
NEW - Mass on Thursdays at 12:05 PM in the MIT Chapel. This Mass is
additional to our already running Weekday and Sunday Masses. Stay tuned for
confession times on Thursdays.

=== (2) TODAY: Taize Prayer Service ===
On Sunday, September 25, Song & Stillness Taizé @ MIT is excited to welcome
Brothers John and Emile from the Taizé Community in France to MIT. The
program will include a dinner at 5 PM and workshops with the brothers in
the W11 Main Dining Room at 6:15 PM. Taizé prayer will follow in the MIT
chapel at 8 PM. Taizé prayer is a simple ecumenical, contemplative service
of short chant-like songs, scripture, silence, and intercessory prayer. All
are welcome!

=== (3) RCIA and Confirmation Prep Program ===
Organizational Meeting 10/2/16 at 2:30 PM in W11/Small Dining Rm

=== (4) Dorm-wide Rosary ===
Meditate the Glorious Mysteries as you prepare for the week, in communion
with your peers across campus and in the comfort of your dorm, every Sunday
at 9 PM
For the first meeting only, meet in Maseeh TODAY, Sunday, September 25th at
9 PM.
If interested in being a dorm Rosary leader for your living group or if you
have any questions, please contact Emily Cimmino (203-451-1146) or Daniel
Vignon (650-963-6561). Or just show up tonight :)

=== (5) Bible Study ===
Do you want to make friends in the TCC in a smaller group setting? Do you
want to learn more about God and grow in your faith? Join a small group
Bible study! Email focusmishes at mit.edu for more information.

=== (6) Melchizedek Group for Priestly Vocations ===

   - Starting this Wednesday, Sept. 28, and meeting each Wednesday for the
   rest of the semester, Fr. Moloney will lead a reading and discussion group
   about the nature of the priestly vocation and how to discern if God is
   calling us to the “ancient order of Melchizedek” (Heb. 5:6, 7:17).
   - The text, To Save a Thousand Souls, is available in the chaplains’
   office of W11 for free
   - For the first meeting we will read and discuss the first chapter. All
   meetings are in W20-450 at 6 PM on Wednesdays.
   - To attend doesn’t mean that you are thinking about entering the
   seminary, or even that you’re not dating. It can simply mean that you’re
   interested in supporting others think about the priesthood.
   - Anyone interested can contact Ben Myers (bmyers at mit.edu).


=== (7) First Saturdays ===

   - Monthly devotion to the Virgin Mary every 1st Saturday
   - First meet in W11 and recite the Rosary, then head to St Francis in
   the Prudential for confession, meditation, adoration and mass at 12:00PM
   - Our first meet will be this Saturday, October 1st, 2016 at 10:00 AM in
   W11

=== (8) Adoration===
Mondays and Tuesdays 10-11 AM, Wednesdays 8-9 PM in the MIT Chapel

=== (9) "BBMSK (the Back Bay Mobile Soup Kitchen)" ===
 We serve homeless communities in Back Bay and Cambridge giving out socks,
sandwiches, religious articles, and a friendly presence to folks we come
across on the street
When? 6:00 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays in front of St. Clement's
Shrine.  For more info, visit bbmsk.org!

=== (10) "School of Community" ===
Run by Communion and Liberation, an international ecclesial movement. For
more info contact David (campeau at mit.edu) or boston.usa.clu at gmail.com.

=== (11) "FIAT for Discerning Women" ===
Fiat is a discernment group for single women considering a vocation to
religious life in the Catholic Church. The next meeting will be held on
Wednesday, September 28, 2016, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at St. Clement
Eucharistic Shrine, 1105 Boylston St., Boston. If you are interested in
attending, please respond to Sister Marian Batho, CSJ, Delegate for
Religious, Sr_Marian_Batho at rcab.org or call 617- 746-5637.
