=== (1) TCC Theology on Tap ===

We will be holding our very first TCC Theology on Tap on the 4th of
December at the Thirsty Ear Pub, doors open at 6.30 pm and we will begin at
7 pm. Discussion will be centered around the idea of 'morally guided
research' drawing heavily from Pope Francis' recent encyclical, Laudato Si.
Beside Fr. Dan we have confirmed our very own Josh Hester, Co-Chair of MIT
Sustainability, to discuss his thoughts on the encyclical. For this week I
would like to invite folks to read the introduction to Laudato Si, don't
worry it is just point 1-16 and it should just take you 5 minutes! (

Please invite your friends along, I believe this discussion will be of
interest to all members of the MIT community. For more details contact Adam
Kuang (aqkuang at mit.edu). Note: *You have to be over 21 to enter the Thirsty
Ear.*
