Greetings Tech Catholic Community!

This is TCC's weekly events email for the week of 3/08.

*General Announcements:*

*Mass times:*
- Sunday Masses at 9:30 AM, 1 PM, and 5 PM.
- Weekday Masses Tuesdays and Fridays at 12:05 PM.

*Choir rehearsals start 1 hour before mass.*  All are welcome.

*Upcoming Events:*

*There will be evening prayer on Monday at 6:40 PM in the Chapel.
*It will be over in time for Monday night dinner.
*
**Monday Night Dinner and Discussion from 7-8 PM in W11 Main Dining Room.
**Tonight: Faith and Culture: A Catholic State (Dinner will be held in W11
Community Room)
March 16th: Faith and Culture: The New Evangelization

*Taize Prayer Group will be held Tuesday night at 7 PM in the chapel.
*Rehearsal at 6:30 PM for musicians or to learn harmony.

*Scripture Study Group Wednesday at 6pm in the W11 Small Dining Room.*
This semester we will continue studying the readings for the upcoming
Sunday.
All are welcome to attend any Wednesday. Please contact Elizabeth (
e_basha at mit.edu) for more information.

*Sacrament of Reconciliation and Adoration - Wednesdays at 7 PM.
*The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered during Eucharistic exposition in
the lower level of the chapel.

* - No Rosary Playgroup this week. -
*Rosary Playgroup is for families with children - Fridays at 10AM in
W11/MDR.
Join other parents/spouses and their children in praying the Rosary.  For
more information, contact Kristelle (kangelli at mit.edu)

*There will be a group praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet every first Friday
of the month at 3 PM.
*The chaplet will be prayed in the chapel.*

The Veritas Forum, a series of "events that engage students and faculty in
discussions about life's hardest questions and the relevance of Jesus Christ
to all of life" **is occurring throughout this week at MIT..
**Wednesday at 8 PM - *Performance by pianist Mia Chung and saxophonist
Kevin Gosa.  Discussion to follow.*  Killian Hall
Friday at 7 PM -* Harvard Physics Professor Gerald Gabrielse presents his
research on antimatter and discusses faith's role in the life of a
scientist.  *In Stata, 32-123
Saturday at 3 PM - *Peter Singer and John Hare will discuss implications of
atheism and theism on morality.  *In Stata, 32-123*
