MORE ABOUT CRADLES TO CRAYONS

Cradles to Crayons is a non-profit that collects new and gently used
childrens items and distributes them, free of charge, to Massachusetts's
neediest children. New and gently used clothes, toys, books and baby
equipment are collected for newborns to age 12, through local schools,
churches, and organizations that run "drives."

They distribute weekly to over 100 Child Service Agencies, such as
Rosie's Place, Boston Medical Center, Children's Hospital, MSPCC, Jewish
Family Services, DPH, DSS, MGH, Caritas Good
Samaritan Hospital Center in Brockton, Catholic Charities Refugee
Resettlement Program, Project Hope, Shattuck Shelters, South Shore
Visiting Nurses, United Homes for Children, USO, Woman's Violence
Prevention Project, and dozens of community health centers, and Head
Start/Early Learning Programs.

Hundreds of volunteers, every month, meet at the Cradles to Crayons
warehouse, where they sort and organize the thousands of pounds of
donated items to get them ready for the flip side of this unique
recycling program. Make an immediate and real difference. Help a
child-in-need.
