[TCCM] TCC mailing list change

Hello,

It's time for a brief TCC mailing list reminder.  You are getting
this mail because you are on "TCCM", which is Tech Catholic
Community's main mailing list.  TCCM is intended mainly for
announcements and other community-interest mail.

TCCM does not contribute to your daily junk mail -- it is a
moderated list, meaning that proposed messages need to be
approved by the list moderators before they are delivered to
your mailboxes.  Feel free to talk to the tcc-council if you
have a message that you are interestd in posting to the list.

A new change this year is that we are switching TCCM to a new list
management program: Mailman.  You should have recently received
"Welcome" mail from the new list software.  The most noticable
effect of the change is that you can now subscribe or unsubscribe
from the list using a web page, but read the mail for details.
