Master bandoneonisto Gerardo Perez will play a live set, possibly joined by one or more musicians, around 10:45 p. and will be the DJ for the balance of the evening. Phoebe J. Grant and Beth Braun will hostess. The usual "free" beginners class / practica from 9:00-9:30 p will be taught ONLY with advance reservations by 7:00 p to Phoebe (773.260.2595). In addition to friends from out of town, there is a high probability Leroy Hearon will be present, especially as the evening begins. The cover is $10 ($8 for students w/ ID); light refreshments provided but BYOB as always.
