<DIV>If you live in Buenos Aires you should know that most new apartments are sold during the construction. Most times even when there is nothing there yet (which is not the case at all here).</DIV>

<DIV>My mother both hers in the same area when the construction was not even started! And the building was sold out almost a year before they finished, (you know her and the building where she lives very well).</DIV>

<DIV>That is very common in Buenos Aires, specially right now with the increase of sales. I'm not telling people they are finished, I'm just telling them they are for sale.</DIV>

<DIV>We got many inquires, some people very interested and the apartments are also listed in a local Realtor so, if people wait until the building is completed (like you are suggesting them to do) there will be no apartments available anymore.</DIV>
