[Tango-A] NA-E: The Philadelphia Argentine Tango School celebrates its Five-Year Anniversary - Saturday, February 23

The Philadelphia Argentine Tango School was founded by Meredith Klein and
Andres Amarilla in February 2008.  Over the past five years, we have taught
thousands of wonderful students in a total of over 1,000 classes.  We've
hosted numerous practicas and milongas, brought three major musical groups
directly from Buenos Aires - Otros Aires, Tanghetto, and the Alejandro
Ziegler Quartet - and hosted two major tango fesivals (with the third
coming up, May 24-27, 2013).

We've brought amazing dancers to perform and teach at the school and chosen
them because of their impassioned commitment to teaching, starting with
Andres Amarilla and Damian Lobato.  And including guest teachers like
Javier Antar & Kara Wenham, Oliver Kolker & Silvina Valz, Diego DiFalco and
Carolina Zokalski, Martin Maldonado & Maurizio Ghella, Mario Consiglieri &
Anabella Diaz-Hojman, Cecilia Garcia, Evan Griffiths, Nick Jones & Diana
Cruz, Luis Bianchi & Daniela Pucci, and Adam Hoopengardner & Ciko Tanik,
among many others.

Still, it doesn't seem possible that five years have passed!

Please come out to celebrate with us at a special Milonga Qilombo on
Saturday, February 23.  The event features live music for dancing by
Philadelphia's own Oscuro Quintet.  Also, DJ Adam Hoopengardner of NYC.
And performances by Adam Hoopengardner & Meredith Klein, and by Damian
Lobato & Sarah Chung.

8:30-9:30 pm: Pre-Milonga Class (All-levels)
9:30 pm-2 am: Milonga Qilombo featuring the Oscuro Quintet, DJ Adam
Hoopengardner, and performances!!!
