3:00-4:30pm Sophisticated Simplicity (Beginner/Intermediate)
Focusing on simple movements with elegance, posture, form and balance

4:30-6:00pm Courageous Complexity (Intermediate and up)
Including dissociative moves, spirals, invasions and hooks, initiating and
arresting energy

Excerpt from Jorge Torres Biography:  By studying Reiki Jorge learned to
understand and control his own energy.  He has applied this as a tool to
teach his students how to relax ultimately allowing them the simple pleasure
of enjoying their dancing.  As a classically trained dancer, Jorge was
taught to always contain and protect his equilibrium by focusing on a
specific part of his body.  His desire to expand his horizons and explore
other ways to achieve the same goal brought him to study the martial art of
Aikido.  To this day Aikido gives him an entirely different perspective on
how the mind behaves and how the human body reacts within its own axis.
