Rafael, California

BEGINNER TEEN/ADULT MALE/ FEMALE BALLET CLASS
Teacher: JESICA HORNOS

If you never took ballet classes, this is a great opportunity to start.
Training in ballet develops flexibility, strengthens your core, it
builds support for the spine and quickly shapes the abdominals and leg
muscles. You will also develop proper posture, balance, coordination and
a sense of musicality to become a graceful dancer. Practicing ballet
gives you the solid foundation you need to improve your performance in
other dance styles too. As you can see ballet classes have lots to offer
physically and artistically. So, sign up and experience a good
cardiovascular work out for a leaner and healthier body.
