Tango for Richard
A tango benefit for our friend Richard Isaacs

As many of us in the Tango Community know, our friend Richard Isaacs has been battling a virulent form of leukemia for more than a year. Richard's doctors believe it is nothing short of a miracle that he is still alive.

Because of the profound weakness and general debilitation that accompanies this life-threatening disease, Richard has been unable to work in order to pay his rent, buy food, and generally support himself.

To help Richard with ongoing expenses, which continue to accrue, Teddy Kern, Alicia Cruzado and Fran Chesleigh, along with a group of Richard's close friends, are hosting a very special milonga. Our hope is that you will come, bring friends, and donate generously for Richard's benefit.

Please join us for Argentine Tango, Milonga and Vals at 101 Lafayette -- one of the most beautiful dance venues in New York City. We will have music, food and drink, and a fine afternoon of dancing for all.

Sunday, March 7, 2010
4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
101 Lafayette Street
Suggested donation: $20
(If you wish, you can, of course, donate more)
Please come, bring friends, and donate generously.
