[Tango-A] ADMIN: Reminder to posters to include basic information in your posts!

A subscriber requests that posters ...

While this should be obvious, it is surprising the number of people who
forget that this is a worldwide list. The worst offenders are New York
organizers, who consistently have to be reminded to put the fact the
event is in New York City SOMEWHERE in their post ("if you can't figure
it out, we wouldn't want you anyway"? :-)).

So please,

- Make the subject line a summary of the event (including the city name
right in the subject line)--this may determine if readers even bother to
read the rest of the post.

- Don't use all caps in the subject line

- Use the correct subject prefix (without [Tango-A] ... the system
inserts that)

- Respect the frequency of posting limits (for regular weekly events,
that should be no more frequently than once in two months, if that),
unless there were something truly special going on in a particular week
or a significant change--a guest teacher from far away who comes only
once a year might count, rotation of your local guest teachers would
not; a change of the day of the week or venue would similarly count).
