Beautiful, fully equipped, large Studio for rent in Monserrat

The large size Studio is comfortable located in the neighborhood of  
Monserrat, walking distance to many Milongas and schools. Diagonal in  
front of the building is the main police station which makes the block  
very safe. Monserrat is one of the oldest and most historic  
neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, in it you find many old traditional  
buildings, beautiful architecture,  many great restaurants and coffee  
shops, and through it runs the famous Avenida de Mayo. Nearby is  the  
famous "Cafe Tortoni" and the historic "Palacio Barolo".  It all  
together has a very nostalgic touch. There are numerous buses in right  
by the apartment, as well as 2 subway lines. It has many bus lines and  
two subways very close.

The studio itself is in a safe building, on the top floor, (there are  
two elevators),  with great views of the city, and the Palacio Barolo.  
It is a large size studio, great for one or two people. Lots of light,  
it features 4 full size windows, one leading to a small balcony. The  
apartments is towards the back, on the 10th floor, so it s quiet. The  
kitchen is fully equipped: if you like to cook you'll find lots of  
pots and pans. It includes wifi internet, air conditioning and local  
phone calls. House cleaning is provided once a week. There is also a  
big terrace for common use and you are welcome to use it as well.
