Come and discover, first hand (and foot!) how both aesthetic experiences of Tango and Zen can be a road to inner peace through TangoZen Workshop at Omega Institute, Rhinebeck, NY, May 7-9, 2010
 
The goal of the TangoZen workshops is to help the participants to experience the joyful and healing benefits of both walking meditation and tango. To accomplish this goal, the participants in the TangoZen workshop are guided through a number of exercises, which are fundamental to dancing for the experience of the tango feelings.
 
Daily activities of the workshop include morning Walking Dance Meditation, afternoon Tango classes/practicas, and nightly milonga (tango dance).
