Hello Fellow Tangueros,

We have the schedule worked out.
I will soon have flyers and registration forms which you will be able to
pick up at
Four Seasons or download from my website, www.kettlebellfitness.com.

Due to the incredible popularity of the "Bootcamp" structure we have
decided to do
that again. It is a great way for people to really go deep with certain
elements of the
dance - whether a specific technique, a style or theme. This year we
will be having
2 Bootcamps! Saturday will be all TURNS! Not your grandmothers turns,
but using
extreme dissociation. Sunday ... yes ..... you asked for it VOLCADA.

How the bootcamp works is simple, it starts out with the basic elements
that allows
dancers to build the foundation to move on to more complex and difficult
material.
Therefore, the first class on both days is open beginners, the 2nd class
will be more
challenging and the last class is geared toward experienced dancers.

However, you must take the first 2 classes to take the last class. Even
if you are an
experienced dancer, you will need to attend the first two classes to be
familar and
prepared for their advance class. They will be building on their
technique and material.

There is also an All levels class on Friday before the milonga. I highly
encourage everyone
to come and get their first taste of Daniela and Luis. They are
remarkable dancers and
fantastic teachers as well as ... just plain FUN people!

All classes are held at Four Seasons Dance Studio, 1637 Hennepin Ave,
Minneapolis, MN 55403.

Below is the class information, their bios and a couple links to YouTube
(you can find much more).

*Friday: Achieving Fluidity of Movement
*Note: Friday's class is separate from the workshop, it is $20 and
includes admission to the milonga following
class. There will be a performance around 11:00.

*Saturday: Extreme Dissociation Bootcamp*
1) Pivot and Turn Technique
2) Turns for Tiny Spaces
3) Complex Turns with Sacadas

*Sunday: Volcada Bootcamp*
1) All Secrets of Volcada Technique
2) Milonguero and Nuevo Style Volcadas: Small, Big, Reverse and More
3) Challenging Combinations! (or Volcada/Colgada Combinations)

About Daniela & Luis

LUIS and DANIELA's tango is best described as joyful and heartfelt,
and characterized by its musicality, fluid dynamics, and incorporation
of traditional and nuevo tango elements within the embrace. Dancing
together since 2006, they have quickly become known for their
connection, approachability and infectious energy. Their ultimate goal
as teachers is to help students move better, achieve greater depth of
connection, and find their own voice in the dance. Students in their
classes can expect a wealth of information on tango technique with
unique focus on body awareness, encouragement to push boundaries, lots
of personalized feedback, and a healthy dose of humor to complement
the mix.

Born in Mar del Plata, Argentina, Luis started dancing tango in 1994
and became a professional dancer in 1997. He taught and
performed for several years in Buenos Aires before tango took him to
Brazil, Europe and North America. Born in Sao Paulo,
Brazil, Daniela came to tango from a background in science and
engineering. She started dancing tango in 1999 and brings
lifelong training in music to the partnership. Together, Daniela and
Luis have taught and performed throughout the U.S., in Canada,
France, Germany, Italy and Poland, including several major festivals.
