Dear Tango Aficionados,

The secret is out!

Many people were initially surprised to hear that Gustavo Naveira and
Giselle Anne wanted to offer a seminar entitled "Tango Milonguero" - many
rumors and myths surrounding the contemporary history of tango's development
seemed to suggest to some observers that this was not the most likely
pairing of teachers & subject!

Those happy tango dancers who are now almost finished with the Boulder world
premiere debut of G&G's "Tango Milonguero" seminar know better.

But shattering these myths is a very minor part of the experience of this
unique tango training opportunity. The primary experiences of taking the
seminar are familiar to those who have worked with G&G before: amazement,
delight, and grateful appreciation. Not only is the seminar richly endowed
with Gustavo's wealth of personal knowledge of many of the founders,
locations, events and trends that make up what is now called "Tango
Milonguero" (it was called something else twenty years ago) - but Gustavo &
Giselle's penetrating analysis of the technique variations involved, the
personalities and fashions that emerged in the ebb and flow of its
development, combined with deep awareness of the vocabulary choices
available, finely honed awareness of the stylistic and cultural nuances of
tango milonguero, and heartrendingly beautiful portrayals of the dance
itself, create a powerfully fulfilling voyage of discovery for even the most
seasoned social tango aficionado.

We know the European tango dancers who are next in line for this seminar are
anxiously awaiting their own chance to immerse themselves in this
experience. But if you want to experience for yourself all the
myth-shattering excitement of this material, you still have a chance -
several chances in fact!
