Tango Workshops, March 27th - 29th, 2009

Nina has spent the past 8 years performing and teaching tango in
Buenos Aires and around the world. An accomplished leader and
follower, Nina translates the intrigue of tango into a language that
is accessible to all. Emphasizing an intimate embrace and relaxed,
organic body movement, she provides her students with a solid
foundation in technique and dance structure. She encourages their
creativity and the expression of their own unique personality in the
dance. Nina returns often to Buenos Aires with opportunities to teach
and perform, and currently is based in the Chicago area as a teacher,
dancer, choreographer and event organizer. Her most recent tango
workshop locations include New York, NY and Cairo, Egypt in 2008, and
performances in Montevideo, Uruguay in October 2008 and in the
Festival Cambalache in Buenos Aires in December 2008.
