DURING THIS TWO-HOUR GUIDED PRACTICA YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ONE ON ONE WITH MONICA PAZ, A MASTER OF TANGO MILONGUERO WHO IS VISITING NEW YORK FROM BUENOS AIRES FOR A FEW DAYS.

AT 9PM AND AT 10PM MONICA WILL SHOW A SHORT SEQUENCE, VERY APPROPRIATE TO EXECUTE IN A CROWDED MILONGA, AND WILL THEN WORK IN TURN WITH EVERY PARTICIPANT AT THE PRACTICA. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GET HELPFUL HINTS AND INSTRUCTION DIRECTLY ON THE DANCE FLOOR.

The practica is preceded by a one-hour workshop.
NOVEMBER 12TH - 8-9 "A RHYTMIC FIGURE: MUSICALITY AND RHYTM" ($30)

ADMISSION IS ONLY $5 IF YOU ATTEND THE WORKSHOP THAT PRECEDES THE PRACTICA. $8 GENERAL ADMISSION. 

DJ Waiming will play traditional tangos, valses and milongas with tandas and cortinas. You are welcome to come to the practica and just dance! You will enjoy a beautiful dance floor and a friendly and authentic atmosphere.
