[Tango-A] Events Calendar now on DanceWeb Home Page

I have now added an Event Calendar to the DanceWeb Home Page. It displays
Events for the next six weeks, and you can page forward in chunks of
further six-weeks.

Note to Event Organisers: when you add an event to DanceWeb, it is not
just displayed in the home page Calendar. It is also shown in:

1. The home page block of "New Dance Events".
2. The News Page of "New Dance Events".
3. The RSS Feed of "New Dance Events".
4. The Blog of New Content.
5. The DanceWeb Mapplet
6. Any search or browse that is relevant to the event's dance activities.

To out an event on DanceWeb, just register, then follow the instructions
for using the event editor (DirMan):
