Chicago Tango Week 2008 1st Announcement

This summer, Chicago's Summer Tango Season offers something for everyone!

The four days/nights of the exciting festivities will take place at
the Double Tree Hotel Chicago North Shore located in the upscale
Chicago north suburb of Skokie, Illinois only minutes from downtown
Chicago and O'Hare International Airport, adjacent to the North Shore
Center for the Performing Arts.

The festivities cross a wide variety of interest groups: classical and
contemporary Argentine Tango performances by internationally acclaimed
artists, social dancing with the eclectic tango selections of North
America's most popular DJs. The highlights of Chicago Tango Week also
include a FREE outdoor milonga with live music at SummerDance in Grant
Park in Downtown Chicago, a not-to miss Theater show with 24-carat
voice of Jose Luis Barreto, 6 piece orchestra TANGUISIMO, and a cast
of the maestros from Buenos Aires at North Shore Center for Performing
