        Exercises where we analyze movement. The understanding of movement is 
space       will allow us to be more effective in our leading and following

           1:00 to 2:30 Caminatas (walks) and Corridas  (fast walks) Vals
                Different caminatas in Vals (cruzadas, acompanadas, front, 
back, both sides,
        etc) Probably the most valuable tool in Vals          
        2:30 Break 
         2:45 to 4:15 Girso (turns) 
        These turns can be used as tools to increase the dynamics of one's 
dance.         Increasing or decreasing the speed and intensity of the giros 
will give one's dance       interest and visible contrast. These contrasts will 
be apparent through the       dynamics applied by the dancers. different 
energies (rounded or sharp) and their      applications A (techniques of 
accumulation and release) Energy is an ingredient       of the dance that is visible, 
tangible and concrete

        What you don’t know about what you already know
        We will explore and discover hundreds of possibilities for our dance. 
The object is       to develop individual ways to express the music through 
figures created       spontaneously in the milonuero style
         2:30 Break 
         2:45 to 4:15 Milonga con Traspie
         Focus on the unique nature of milonga. Hearing the beat and moving 
to the        rhythm. Two basic steps, very useful in milonga, and variations 
on these steps. The
        Introduction of Enganos (fakes) not only as a preparation for 
traspie, but also as        an interesting type of milonga move. Some fun ideas in 
milonga - playing with         the feet, and putting it all together.
