LeRoy Hearon & Phoebe J. Grant, of WindyCityTango, Unlimited will teach the pre-milonga tango class from 8:00-9:00 p this Thursday - November 1, 2007, at Cafe Duvall. Recently returned from North America's largest and most popular tango event, the Portland TangoFest, Phoebe and LeRoy have lots of stories and memories to relate – not to mention new movements! Their classes, accessible to All Levels definitely also will challenge more advanced dancers. Class cost: $10. LeRoy & Phoebe are guest instructing for Nina Tatarowicz, who is in Buenos Aires until Thanksgiving. Her classes will resume on Thurs., Nov. 29.
 
New Parking Lot a half block west of the cafe in the De La Cruz Math/Science Academy Parking Lot on 23rd Place. No more hunting for a parking spot!  By renting the parking lot, Cafe Duvall is providing both parking for patrons as well as much needed funding to a school in desperate need of dollars for school supplies. Part of your milonga cover charge is directly helping neighborhood elementary school students.
 
Every Thursday:  Milonga Loca hosted by Bill and Nina, 9 p.m.-1 a.m. Cover charge: $10.  Short delicious menu. Cover charge includes free bottled water and parking.  One-hour tango lesson with Nina at 8 p.m.
