I am a thrilled to announce an afternoon of workshops with the great 
milonguero Pedro "Tete" Rusconi, the most acclaimed of the living Buenos 
Aires milongueros,  who is making a rare visit to NY with his  superb 
partner Silvia Ceriani. These are their only workshops outside of NYC 
and will be held at the Mountain View Studio in Woodstock, Sunday, May 
27th.   Please don't wait to reserve a place. Class size is limited.

The night before, Saturday, May 27, Angel Garcia Clemente brings his 
DANCE FURY Stage Show to the Bearsville Theater...why not make it a weekend?

SUNDAY MAY 27:
TETE & SILVIA!  Afternoon Workshops
at The Mountain View Studio, Woodstock
Learn the heart of tango from two of the very best Buenos Aires 
milongueros ! This is  a rare visit to NY and their first visit to 
upstate New York. They will be heading back to Bs As soon after. Don't 
miss them!

3p-4:30p: Tete's Essentials- Secrets of a Real Milonguero. 1. in the 
axis of the body of dance; 2. equilibrium and displacement; and 3. 
musicality and rhythm.All Levels...no partner necessary.
4:45p-6:30p:  VALS WORKSHOP- Tete's vals sets the standard for 
connection, musicality and beautiful movement in  social dancing.
Advanced beginner to advanced level.
6:30p-?  Practica

Private classes are available with Tete and Silvia  on Saturday, Sunday 
and Monday, May 26, 27, 28.
Cost is $100/hour  (Tete and Silvia do the lesson together). Call Ilene

Pedro "Tete" Rusconi is the foremost teacher of the authentic close 
embrace 'milonguero' style of Argentine Tango.
He and Silvia Ceriani, both of Buenos Aires, have been dancing and 
teaching together since 1995. They are social dancers of the highest 
order, acclaimed by experienced dancers worldwide. They have toured 
throughout Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Holland, Spain, Belgium, 
Sweden and the central United States, offering group and private 
classes, exhibitions and performances at prominent tango festivals. They 
concentrate on the musical 'compasses' (rhythm, syncopation), the 
sensibility of the body, and liberty of  movement. Their tango vals 
classes are especially renowned. Tete is noted for his individual style 
of musicality, and interpretation of the tango from the 'Golden Age' of 
the 1940's and 1950's. Silvia is the DJ at Salon Canning on Monday 
Nights.Tete and Silvia have two tango instructional videos, that are 
used and seen by most close embrace dancers.
