Especially thought of for any tango travelers looking for a centrally located apartment near many milongas and with a computer stocked with large tango collection!  Still some dates of vacancies between now and end of the year.  

It´s available  from Aug 4th to Aug 15th, 
 from Sept 2 to Oct 18th , 
and from Dec 2nd onwards.

Located in a building on the corner of Ayacucho and Lavalle One Block from
El Beso, One Block from Portenio y Bailerin, 2 Blocks from Subte line B and
2 Blocks from Subte line D. 10 Blocks from la Nacional. 3 minute cab ride to
Nino Bien.  5 minute cab ride ($3.50 ) to
Salon Canning.

One of the biggest selling points is that theapartment is very centrally
located with access to all parts of the city with public transportation. Can
be in just about any neighborhood and main avenue district  of downtown by a
2 - 10 minute walk.

This 60 m2 spacious apartment is a newly-renovated apartment in turn of the
century Belle Epoque
building (with elevator!).  Recently expanded and remodeled to create more
open spaces, but retaining all the lovely original woodwork and hard wood
floors. There are 3 french balconies permiting constant natural daylight.
Everything is freshly painted.  The kitchen is stocked with utensils and
cookware.  There is a computer with high-speed internet at not extra cost.
Regular weekly house cleaning. Cellular phones available at an extra cost.

I the owner live in the same building and almost always available for matters regarding the apartment!
