TANGO CLIMAX: APRIL 29-MAY 8 IN ARGENTINA!

   YOU are the star!!
Limited to 16 dancers, this trip allows a lot of personal attention to each
of you.

 This trip offers the opportunity for you to shine, personally, and to be at
your peak of vibrant, spontaneous dancing. With coaching and a support team,
plus excellent supervision and support for your personal style of dance,
this is the opportunity you have been waiting for through your years of
loving tango.
The trip is April 29 to May 9, which gives you time to head over to
Esperantina to see what happens there during the festivities!

TANGO CLIMAX will be bringing you an unusual chance to make the tango dream
a reality in your dance, and within your self! Especially for advanced
dancers and tango teachers ,this trip will be in Buenos Aires and Mendoza,
Argentina. Private classes with wonderful teachers will be available, as
well as afternoon and evening milongas, with good friends and great dancers!
Partners are required. You may register as a single, and we will hope that
that the gender balance in registration matches. If there is not a gender
balance, first registrants will be accepted first, and others will have
their payment returned in full.  The limit is 16 participants.


 The next part of our trip will be in the stunning  Mendoza wine country
with wine bodegas and patios to dance in, and the friendly local milongas of
Mendoza! A live tango trio will be playing for our wine bodega milonga of
Saturday, May 5.
We will be using a type of drama and storytelling to bring your personal
story of tango into it¹s fullness and into it¹s maximum potential for YOU.
 The dining experiences in Mendoza are heavenly, and we will have cooking
class at the Chef¹s school kitchen at Club Tapiz. We¹ll visit many wineries,
and there are *optional tours available for hiking, horseback riding and
more.
Experiential situations and remedial steps in your confidence will be
offered for you to feel excellent in your skill level of tango, and in your
personal love of tango. Along with all the bliss and ecstasy dancing tango
can bring, many tangueros have had negative situations occur that have been
a source of stress and anxiety that impedes their dancing. As a group, we
will be sensitive to each participants' particular need and story, and use a
few hours of our Mendoza days to express this story through tango, music,
insights, and positive outcome.
 
 Cost: $1,950 per person to be paid in full by Feb 26, 2007
Deposit: $950 due by Jan. 26, 2007

* Buenos Aires welcome party with live tango singer
*  Air transportation Buenos Aires airport to B&B, from B&B to Jorge
Newberry airport to go to Mendoza, Mendoza airport to hotel transp.
Roundtrip 
* Buenos Aires milonga entrance every day with GREAT dancers to partner with
us 
* One private class per couple with teachers: Nito and Elba, Eduardo
Saucedo, Carina and Carlos (choose one) or three sessions at the Rodolfo
Dinzel studio 
* Two 90 minute body awareness movement sessions with an extraordinary
artist/dancer/teacher, Marcela Trape ( in group)
* Special tour/event led by Maria Teresa Lopez
*  Tango experiences/workshops in Mendoza, transportation within Mendoza for
the group, breakfasts, top gourmet cooking class, and our special many
course meal at Almacen del Sur; with milonga, May 4 milonga, and May 5
milonga with live tango music, May 6 evening milonga.
* All breakfasts included with lodging. At Club Tapiz breakfast is fruits,
homemade breads, eggs, meats, etc
*  Club Tapiz has it¹s own restaurant with an exquisite menu with selections
for all , including vegetarian palates.
* A special rate of $50 dollars for EMDR therapy session with Christina
Johnson, MA
 

As a counselor and body/mind therapist (MA and LPC) I will be offering
sessions in EMDR to improve dance performance and ability.
This work has astounding results, and I have been using it to unblock
creativity, increase performance ability, as well as relieving trauma,
anxiety, and other debilitating emotional/mental/physical symptoms.
