[Tango-A] SA: Campeonato de Tango

Campeonato Metropolitano de Tango Salon -- qualifying rounds for the
city-wide competition are held May 4 to June 5 in the milongas.  Semifinal
rounds are June 13, 15, 20 and 22 in Salon Nuevo Argentina.  Finals are June
26 in El Dorrego.  The top three couples go directly to the finals of the
Campeonato Mundial de Baile de Tango in La Rural on August 26, 2006

The preliminary rounds for the Campeonata Mundial are held during May and
June in Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Australia, Finland, Spain, France
and Chile.

IV Campeonato Mundial de Baile de Tango is August 17-27, 2006, with finals
in salon and stage categories on the final days.   www.tangodata.gov.ar
