<p style="margin:0in;background:white"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:#222222">While Health and Safety Inspections have been put on hold for several years due to the pandemic, we will resume normal practices this year. These inspections are designed to
identify and avert potentially dangerous situations before they cause injury or damage. Our goal in this is to keep the residential environment at MIT safe and healthy for all residents.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p style="margin:0in;background:white"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:#222222">House Operations Managers will conduct Health and Safety Inspections from February 20 to March 29 between 10 am and 3 pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Your
House Operations Manager will provide advanced notification of the timespan that inspections will take place on your floor, wing, or section of the building.</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> HRS staff
