Leadership and Inclusion was inspired by Donna Hicks’ book – Leading with Dignity. One of the most important aspects of leadership is to<b class="">create and maintain an inclusive community</b>. Interestingly, some attempts to be inclusive, can reinforce
exclusive practices unintentionally due to limited scope, lack of understanding of the meaning of dignity and understanding that dignity is not just being inclusive or tolerant of another human being, but being<span class="apple-converted-space"> thoroughly </span><i class="">humane</i>.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;" class=""><o:p class=""></o:p></span></div>
