<p class="MsoNormal">Please be aware staging is now being prepared for exterior cement and caulking work around windows starting later this week. The will be starting on the south side (memorial Drive) first then working around starting on the 24<sup>th</sup>
floor wand working down . This work is expected to last throughout the summer. <o:p>
