a power Upgrade is taken place in W71 and W91.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

buildings are running on a temporary power generator while the upgrade occurs. Unfortunately
MIT cable will be affected because it does not run off the emergency generator.
Off and on power will be restored during the next few days and the hope is by
Friday afternoon everything will be back to normal service.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
