Army ROTC program in conjunction with the MIT Flying Club will sponsor a
training event at MIT's Briggs Field that will include the take off and landing
of two Rhode Island National Guard helicopters during several orientation
flights. The students of the MIT Army ROTC program's schools will be the
primary participants in the event. Guests who will fly with their students
include Tufts President Lawrence S. Bacow; MIT Chancellor Phillip L. Clay; MIT
Dean of Student Life Larry G. Benedict; MIT Dean of Undergraduate Education
Daniel Hastings; and Harvard Associate Director of the Office of Career
Services, Faculty of Arts and Sciences Susan Vacca.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
