[Tang-Residents] Thirsty Ear Trivia Tournament

Greetings Tang Residents:

For those of you remaining in Tang, I want you to know during this transition, I've been using the tang-resident list to reach all residents.  Now that the population shift is slowing and things are settling, I will use tang-social and the slack channel for sharing social events (like the one listed below from The Thirsty).  And go back to using the Tang-Resident list for facility related matters.  I encourage everyone here to make sure they are on one or both communication channels.

I hope everyone is hanging in there. To help us get through this, we are starting a virtual Thirsty Ear Trivia Tournament!
To participate, join this Zoom at 7:50pm this Tuesday, March 24:

All people playing trivia should join the Zoom! We will be using a combination of Zoom for interaction/hosting and Google Forms for collecting trivia answers.

If you plan on participating, please fill out this form (before trivia if possible) to let us know your team name and who will likely be on it. https://forms.gle/CJuexPDUFayuNYUC9 As the meeting hosts, we (Ty and I for this first week!) will sort your teams into "breakout rooms" within Zoom so you can converse with just your team members between questions. This sorting process is manual so you'll have to bear with us at the start of trivia as we set up your groups.

Are you interested in writing questions or virtually hosting? Please email me. If you were planning to host in March, you'll get priority. If you are interested in writing questions but not dealing with Zoom shenanigans, Ty and I are willing to deal with the logistics and do night-of hosting and give you credit for writing.
