requests to become active...", but thereafter it did not progress for several hours. In the end I had to cancel the program because I had to leave for the day. <br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in">What is causing the program to wait for open spot request to become active? Is it because of the spot bid? Should I change the spot bid?</p>
