<div dir="ltr"><div>We <a href="https://github.com/mit-probabilistic-computing-project/crosscat/blob/master/crosscat/starcluster_plugin.py" target="_blank">install some system dependencies</a> but don&#39;t copy anything sensitive up.  Currently, <a href="https://github.com/mit-probabilistic-computing-project/crosscat/blob/master/README_STARCLUSTER.md#creating-an-ami-from-booted-instance">we use ec2cim</a> (ec2-create-image) from ec2-api-tools.  Though I just realized that starcluster has its own AMI creation command, <a href="http://star.mit.edu/cluster/docs/latest/manual/create_new_ami.html#creating-an-ebs-backed-ami">ebsimage</a>.<br>
