<div>I've upgraded to 0.94.1 (python 2.7.3, boto 2.14.0) and am trying to launch a small test cluster in us-west-2b (Oregon). Almost immediately after launch while waiting for the nodes to be in running state I receive the error '!!! ERROR - instance 'i-3f0d460b'
does not exist'.</div>
<br>
Both instances i-3f0d460b and i-210d4615 in the cluster do exist and pass all checks and the security group is created according to the web management console however they do not have any tags associated with them such as Name or alias. I should add that EC2
in my US-WEST-2 region is running in default VPC as EC2 Classic is not available there and I am launching from a staging host inside of the default VPC.
