[StarCluster] addnode while loadbalancing?

you can use the command-line starcluster command for addnode. It's the same
as the load balancer calls internally.

$ starcluster addnode mycluster
(from http://star.mit.edu/cluster/docs/latest/manual/addremovenode.html )
