[StarCluster] StarCluster 0.95.3 Released!

Hi All,

StarCluster 0.95.3 has officially been released and is available for
download from the usual places:

http://star.mit.edu/cluster/downloads.html

Version 0.95.3 of StarCluster is a bug fix release. The most significant
change in this release is that StarCluster no longer assigns public IPs
for VPC clusters by default. Please see the complete change log for more

Please upgrade ASAP, test the new 0.95.3 release, and submit any bug
