[StarCluster] Tab auto completion

I copied the starcluster-completion.sh file from github source and put it in my shell config, e.g.

source $ZSH_CUSTOM/plugins/starcluster/starcluster-completion.sh

I’m not sure why it isn’t included with the package install but this is a workaround.
