[StarCluster] Tight Integration of the MPICH2 library into OGE

Hi Rayson,

Thanks for the answer.
Reading the MPICH2 plugin source code, it seems that it doesn´t change the
PE that was built by the OGE plugin. I guess that (according to the link in
my previous message) it should be done in order to have the same
functionality that is provided by OpenMPI and OGE, that are tighty coupled.
