[StarCluster] NFS Remote Cmd Failed crash report

PS: Note that when this failure occurs, the node is already in /etc/hosts,
and has been added to /etc/exports.

*I'd be grateful for any suggestions* about how to recover from this-- that
is --how/which plugins to run that could allow the completion of
integrating the node into SGE.
