[StarCluster] bug?

Hi,

I'm not sure it's a bug or due to my configurations.

You can find the attached load balance outputs.
In the beginning, load balance failed to add node001 to sge. And after the
job queue finished, "node001" and "node002" can not be successfully
terminated.
