[StarCluster] problem creating volume

Hi Toby,

I need to update the code to switch StarCluster AMIs based on region
but for now you can specify the AMI to use when launching the volume
host instance:

$ starcluster createvolume -i ami-a5447bd1 10 eu-west-1a
