[StarCluster] Cannot install StarCluster (UNCLASSIFIED)

Dear Sir:

I am having trouble installing StarCluster on an Amazon instance,

AMI: amzn-ami-pv-2012.03.3.x86_64-ebs (ami-aecd60c7)
Kernel ID: aki-88aa75e1

The error message is:

I also had the same trouble with the development version:

jtriley-StarCluster-0.92rc1-702-g24ca7f8.tar.gz

Should I be trying the installation from another kind of AMI?
