[StarCluster] SGE have a job consume all slots?

Hi Rayson-
Thanks for the pointer.  Is there any easy way to script these commands? 
  It looked to me like I have to dump the current configs into a file, 
scrub it to make changes and remove non-settable attributes, then run 
qconf again with the file as input.. which is pretty ugly.
