[StarCluster] Error creating volume

Hi I saw this problem when creating a new volume:

starcluster createvolume --name=zzz 20 us-west-2a --shutdown-volume-host 
--image-id=ami-c6bd30f6 --instance-type=c1.xlarge --bid=0.30

mkfs.ext3: No such file or directory while trying to determine 
filesystem size
