[StarCluster] StarCluster Digest, Vol 40, Issue 1

This is a known problem with addnode, there's a bug report filed and a fix
coming:
https://github.com/jtriley/StarCluster/issues/179#issuecomment-10732370

In the meantime, starting the cluster at full size (rather than using
addnode to grow the cluster) works.
