[StarCluster] Eucalyptus Support

Getting StarCluster going on Eucalyptus and OpenStack is on our internal
wish-list/to-do-list as well. So far my only OpenStack environment is a
beta cloud that does not let me make my own AMIs yet. We've fallen back
on using Opscode Chef recipes in the interim.

There are a few of us at BioTeam who would be interested in linking up
and trading notes with people attempting this. Is this list an
appropriate forum?
