[StarCluster] error when starting starcluster

Hi Justin,

Thanks, it sounds like centOS is not the optimal linux distro for
Starcluster because of its Python 2.4 dependency. Unfortunately its
somewhat late for me to take a different tack ... so will try
recompiling Python 2.6 with SSL support.
