[StarCluster] starcluster-extras plugin project on git --- PackageLoader

  Brian,

This is great, as I mentioned in a previous email to Austin, I'm 
thinking of creating a starcluster-plugins repo on github that folks can 
fork and commit to. This would make it much easier for folks that just 
want to contribute plugin code and not core StarCluster code and also 
make it easier for me to accept/merge plugins. Does this work for you?
