[Starcluster] starting spot instances

Hi,

 

First, let me say this is a spectacularly useful piece of software. I much appreciate your contribution to the research community.

 

My issue is that I see that there is experimental support for starting spot instances, but I can't seem to find how to try it out. Would it be possible to provide a small a command-line example? The ability to run spot instances would be a great step forward, as it would cut costs to about a third, so I strongly encourage you to continue working in this direction.

 

Also, more generally, it seems to me that there are some options in addition to the ones listed when I run "starcluster help". For example, when I was digging for information on how to run the spot instances, I saw somewhere that there is a "no-create" option. Are these additional options documented somewhere?
